Kadi Cole
Kadi Cole spent twenty-five years serving in local church ministry as an Executive Director at one of America's largest and fastest growing multi-site churches, was Dean of Students at a Christian university, is a founding member of the Women's Executive Pastor Network, a certified LifePlan facilitator and leadership coach, and an ordained chaplain. ​Kadi​ earned her master’s degree in Human Resource Development and is a Registered Nurse with a specialty in mental health. She has written several books and speaks internationally as a leadership trainer and consultant.

Jeff Bogue
Dr. Jeff Bogue is a graduate of Grace College and Seminary. In 1993, Jeff and his wife, Heidi, accepted the position of youth ministers at Grace Church in Akron, Ohio. After building a successful youth ministry of over three hundred students, Jeff accepted the challenge of pastoring a new campus of Grace Church. Today, Jeff serves as Grace Church’s Senior Pastor, leading eight campuses in three different states with over 17,000 people calling Grace their home. He accepted the additional role of President of Momentum Ministry Partners in 2020 in an effort to accelerate the development of healthy pastors, missionaries, and church leaders throughout the Kingdom of God.

Momentum Ministry Partners is a national nonprofit organization originally founded in 1938. Its mission is to partner with the local church to provide ministry experiences to equip today’s Christian leaders for tomorrow’s opportunities.
We desire to amplify God’s Kingdom impact by helping local churches raise up leaders who build healthy churches.

Momentum Youth Conference was established in 1939 to catalyze the health and growth of local church youth groups of 9th-12th grade students. We are about connecting youth to God, helping them to understand where they belong in God’s Kingdom, and how they can know God’s purpose for their lives while equipping their leaders to keep the momentum going in their local church throughout the entire year.
