Gain clarity on your calling in the workplace through one-of-a-kind mentorship in our 16-week program
LEARN MOREWHY "ALL WORK MATTERS"?
Momentum Marketplace High School is a 16-week, one-of-a-kind mentoring program that helps young adults gain clarity on their calling in the workplace and marketplace leaders get renewed by being able to use their skill sets, knowledge, and wisdom within their calling and passion. It’s a win-win for two distinct generations and their engagement within their own local church, proving that "All Work Matters!"
LEARN MORELOOKING TO DEVELOP YOUNG LEADERS AND INCREASE CHURCH ENGAGEMENT?
In today’s church, we know it’s a constant struggle to engage young adults yet also maximize marketplace leaders. Young adults often feel isolated, unfocused, and as if they aren’t being truly seen or heard. If they pursue a career outside of ministry, many carry a false sense of guilt for not being “spiritual enough."
Experienced marketplace leaders also want to step up their game, but churches often struggle to find meaningful opportunities for them to serve in. Although willing to usher or lead a small group, marketplace leaders know they have something more to offer.
To address both of these generations, we created the Momentum Marketplace program. It's a mentoring program combining both practical career help with faith-based leadership.Â
