Young adults often feel isolated, unfocused, and as if they aren’t being truly seen or heard. If they pursue a career outside of ministry, many carry a false sense of guilt for not being “spiritual enough.”
Experienced marketplace leaders also want to step up their game, but churches often struggle to find meaningful opportunities for them to serve in. Although willing to usher or lead a small group, marketplace leaders know they have something more to offer.
